Gentle Yoga - Gentle Yoga is slow paced class in a warm (heat down, not hot, doors open) environment. Gentle Yoga is loving and kindhearted way to care for yourself, your muscles & joints, as well as your mental health. There is a safe core focus throughout and ends in meditation. We do not practice down dog, or chatturanga (high/low planks). If you have any further questions reach out to Anita.
